Jim is a Minerallac Company executive with over 40 years of experience in hiring, training, evaluating, directing, and managing persons in various environments. As a Loyola University of Chicago graduate, Jim started his career as a manager in the retail, service, and industrial industries before moving into the electrical industry. Jim has dedicated the last 31 years of his career to Minerallac Company, devoting 5 years in various high level sales management roles, 11 years as Vice President, and 15 years in his current position as President. Jim’s career is a testament to his sales and leadership skills. Jim’s passions include working out, cooking, coloring, reading, and spending time with Sue his wife and best friend of 28 years.
As a University of Illinois Accounting graduate and CPA, Carl has over 30 years of experience as a CFO, controller, auditor, and consultant. He brings extensive experience in multi location business organizations spanning the USA, including working with Minerallac in the early 1990’s. He also holds a Masters in Management Information Systems from Arizona State University. Carl brings versatile advisory capabilities and experience in leadership strategy, financial and operational analytics and reporting, project management and software implementation. Carl leads the Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology teams at Minerallac in our efforts to serve our customers, always looking to "make things easier."
Torrie has been with Minerallac Company for 16 years: 5 years as a direct sales rep working with distributors, 4 years as National Business Development Coordinator and currently as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. Torrie oversees Minerallac Company's Manufacturing Representative Agencies, Business Development Managers, Business Development Support, Marketing, Customer Service and Project Management. He has over 10 years’ experience in electrical distribution as a counter manager, inside salesperson and outside salesperson. In addition, he has over 5 years’ experience as a project manager for a large electrical contractor procuring materials, scheduling, billing, bids, and job layouts. Outside his career, Torrie likes to golf, exercise and spend time with his family.
Bryan began working for Minerallac as in intern during the summer of 2000. He started in the shipping department and, after graduating from Ball State University, moved into project management. In the years since Bryan has worked in a number of capacities including IT Project Manager, IT Manager, Business Management Analyst, and has been the Vice President of Operations since 2015. Bryan oversees the warehousing, logistics, project management, and purchasing functions within the organization.
Lisa joined Minerallac in 2010 and quickly became an integral part of our team. Lisa’s hard work and dedication within our Business Development support and Customer Service teams led to her promotion of Customer Service Supervisor in 2018. Lisa has over 30 years of experience in sales support and customer service. Lisa leads the strong Customer Service team that continues to bring you the quality service and commitment you expect from Minerallac.
