Jim is a Minerallac Company executive with thirty-five years experience hiring, training, evaluating, directing and managing persons in various environments. As a Loyola University of Chicago graduate, Jim started his career as a manager in the retail, service and industrial industries before moving into the electrical industry. Jim has dedicated the past 24 years of his career to Minerallac Company, devoting 5 years in various high level sales management roles, 11 years as Vice President, and 8 years in his current position as President.
Chief Financial Officer
As a University of Illinois Accounting graduate, Carl has over 30 years of experience as a CFO, controller, auditor, and consultant. He brings extensive experience in multi location business organizations with revenues between $5 million and $250 million spanning the USA, including working with Minerallac in the early 1990’s. He also holds a Masters in Management Information Systems from Arizona State University.
Vice President of Business Development
Torrie has been with Minerallac Company for 9 years: 5 years as a direct sales rep working with distributors, 4 years as National Business Development Coordinator and currently as Vice President of Business Development. Torrie oversees Minerallac Company's Manufacturing Representative Agencies, Business Development Managers, Business Development Support, Customer Service and Product Development. He has over 10 years experience in electrical distribution as a counter manager, inside salesperson and outside salesperson.
Vice President of Operations
Bryan began working for Minerallac as in intern during the summer of 2000. He started in the shipping department and, after graduating from Ball State University, moved into project management. In the years since Bryan has worked in a number of capacities including IT Project Manager, IT Manager, Business Management Analyst, and has been the Vice President of Operations since 2015. Bryan oversees the warehousing, logistics, project management, and purchasing functions within the organization.
Megan has 20 years of marketing experience specializing in industrial and technical products. She has created award-winning ad campaigns and developed industry-leading training programs. Megan has a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. She has been with Minerallac Company since 2015.
Customer Service Supervisor
Lisa has been with Minerallac Company since 2010. She joined our team in Business Development support and then moved to Customer Service four years later. Lisa worked as a Customer Service Representative for a little over three years before becoming the Customer Service Supervisor in 2018. Lisa has over 30 years’ experience in sales support and customer service.
