Minerallac Company and Cully Enterprises join forces to better serve the Electrical Distribution market.

Expanding and complementing its product offering and service capabilities to electrical distributors, Minerallac Company, Hampshire, Illinois, has acquired Cully Enterprises, Inc. Cully Enterprises is an award-winning, Seattle based, national supplier of fasteners, anchors, tools and contractor accessories to the electrical distributor throughout the United States and Canada. Cully's extensive product line is expected to complement Minerallac's existing Traditional, Black ClaTM Spring Steel, ImpactTM Staples and MasterStrut product lines.
